Staff were nice in general and I would recommend to stay here if you're catching the ferry. The staff gave me a lift to the pier which was really helpful as there's no grab here. The room is clean and nice, has air conditioning.
The downside is the food. I had ordered tofu and mushroom with rice. And when the dish came, only one mushroom (sliced) and few tofu pieces mixed with tiny amount of carrot and rest are rice. When I asked for more vegetables, they offered reduced price. Then I asked again, and the kitchen lady came and said it's free. I arrived from the airport without dinner and was hungry so just wanted to eat, but not just rice. The staff are nice about it but the food can be improved significantly, especially on the portion size of the dish.
Also they have construction going on during the day.
Other than that, good place to stay over before the ferry in the morning for me.
