Forest Getaway

Our second time staying in this wonderful forest retreat, far above the bustle of Chiang Mai yet close enough to reach if desired. The simple bungalows feature nice polished wood furniture and floors, which were very comfortable for our baby to crawl around on. The bed was comfortable and shower pressure good. The owners and staff were always especially welcoming and friendly but never intrusive. We enjoyed swimming in the well-shaded saltwater pool, which offered a refreshingly cool contrast to the hot sun whenever it shone. One note about the area, nothing the resort could possible control, is the persistent habit of burning fields and other green waste, choking the air sometimes in evenings. Otherwise, a wonderfully pleasant and simple experience.

Perfect place for relaxing time
