Receiptionist cant speak english.Then the toilet was clogged,until we need to inform receiptionist.but receiptionist dont know to speak english.hard to explain until we meet maintenance hotel and ask him to see the toilet.then he solved the problem with a minutes.location also far from the attraction city.like a subtown.
