I stayed in a two-bedroom private villa with my family and had 4 strangers walked straight to our pool area from the stairway that paves way from our villa directly to the beach. These people were pointing to go outside from our villa door. We immediately told them this is a private villa and that they should go right down. They told us staff informed them to come up here and that they can to their room through our villa. We left our personal belongings in the living space - our phones, bags, and laptops. Luckily, we were there when this happened. This incident made me furious.
But, it did not stop here. At 6 a.m., my parents’ room had someone turn the door knob. Releasing that the door was locked, this person ran away. When my dad came out from
his room, he heard someone rushing through the bushes. During breakfast, I informed the receptionists about the incident. She claimed it was the maid. Room service at 6 a.m. when the room is occupied? I don’t think so. Until now, they have only apologized for the incidents. No
actions had been taken.
