Comfortable Stay, except for Cold Water

I stayed there for 2 weeks, and the Amara is a very nice and clean hotel conveniently located on Surawong Road. The Staff speaks great English and are always able to help. They will say hello when you walk in, and will bend over backwards to do something you need. The pool on the rooftop is the highlight, with a gorgeous view, a bar, and an infinity-style pool. Even though it is small, it is usually not that crowded.
That being said, I did have cold water for my shower for about 2 days. A technician was able to fix it, but this still hurt the hotel's image. Hot water should be a guarantee when you wake up in the morning and have to rush to get somewhere.
Still a very good hotel and a nice stay.
