The hotel is easy to find, clean, modern; staff are friendly, helpful and speak good English. Rooftop pool is very pleasant. Rooms comfortable. The balconies are tiny and have no view, but were ideal for airing clothes and very private so no need to draw curtains. My only criticisms are that there are insufficient coathangers supplied, the breakfast buffet is uninspiring and the hot dishes are not kept hot enough, and the underground parking area is too small and awkward for anything larger than a small saloon car. The location is convenient for the town area and not as noisy as one might expect. I would stay here again if visiting Krabi town (as opposed to wanting a beach holiday).
