Positives= great reception staff/owner It’s near the Saturday night market The owner speaks good English and can usually understand you well. He’s very friendly
Negatives = The cleaning is so bad. Really dusty and smelly in the rooms. One of the rooms really smelled of faeces so they changed me to another room. The second room was much better, but still the cupboards were full of dust so you couldn’t keep your clothes inside without cleaning it yourself first. The bathroom curtain has never been cleaned so it had such strong bad odor. Generally the cleaning was very bad. The breakfast was also just instant coffee, some bread and bananas on the side. The price is expensive considering he standard.

another good choice at Chaingmai city
First time to us at very nice place which is 5 min walk to walking street, hotel provide free coffee with snack for us. room is clean and comfort. We will stay again next time

Very pleasant stay, no complains at all, the staff is friendly and they really do their best to help even if communications can be a bit difficult with language barrier. Recommended for sure.
