very good location, close to the Chiang Mai gate of the old town, next to the saturday night market. The hosts and all the other staff members are very friendly and helpful, they would give you the information and suggestions you need and even call to confirm eveything for you. the room facing the street could be noisy. but I still would go there if I plan to go to Chiangmai again.
