This is a facility that is charging for the view & proximity to the ocean. And that's only if you pay extra for the mountain view.
The room is very outdated.
The doors aren't sealed; hence their ant problem. The back door didn't close fully, so the wind would bang it shut repetitevly. Had to wedge a tea bag in the door.
The water did not work. It would turn on & off every 5 seconds. Went from ok pressure to low pressure to no water at all. The morning I left it did not work.
The water boiler for coffee was strangely large, so to get water out one has to tilt it over
There were signs all over saying "No Food In The Room!" I found myself sneaking food in via my backpack. Easier for them to make those signs than to seal the doors.
The chest closet had a chemical odor-eliminator thing in it that was noxious.
Most budget rooms in this area also seem cheap. For the same price you can get very nice modern rooms on the road in Aonang adjacent to this one. And the street is better.
