Lovely hotel but uneducated clients

the supalai is nestled in a wilder part of phuket island, away from the crowd and the traffic jams. it is therefore an affordable option while also offering a beautiful, authentic environment.
the hotel is nice with a large swimming pool and a nice view. the restaurant serves very decent local food but the room and service is pretty basic. breakfast is disappointing.
a large part of the clients are chinese and russians and it can get pretty noisy at the restaurant, in the corridors or at swimming pool. avoid high season or prefer a more luxurious hotel if you want to relax.

Ok for the money spent
We just wanted a room next to the pier to go to Koh Yao. The hotel room was very cheap, the room clean and the view nice. We arrived at 22h30 and everything was closed. No dining possible. Breakfeast ... อ่านต่อ

Good hotel, just a bit far from places of interest

Great for an overnight stop.
