helpful staff, spacious room, no elevator

pros: really helpful and concerned staff - helped us book a ferry and contact the company because we were running late for the pick up since we were still out spacious room, peaceful location, clothes rack at a small balcony to dry clothes cons: 4 floors and no elevator (could be challenging when you have heavy/several luggages)

Clean and spacious, friendly & helpful
