Horrible experience, left house early

Hi there! We have been at the Grace House. The people are friendly but the rooms we got were horrible.
In the first room there was a bad smell from the canalization (sink) so we got another one.
The second seemed to be fine until we discovered bed bugs inside the bed.
So we got another room that seemed just to be fine. We spent there one night. Before going to bed for the second time we discovered again bed bugs and immediately decided that we leave the grace house earlier than planned. I hope they got this problem right because this was our worst experience on our six week trip. What a pity!

Nice & clean
The Grace House Chiang Mai is a good place to stay, nice & clean room. The staff is friendly with smile, good location too. Easy to walk around & near the night market.

Good location and they give us a good price for motorcycle renting. Bed is not so comfortable.
