One of the best hotels in Thailand that we stayed in. These not only allowed us an early check-in but also made sure that our stay was a comfortable one.
Staff:The staff was very friendly and helpful esp the front desk Manager Fareya, who accommodated us in the best way possible.
Location: walking distance from the Patong Beach.
Cleanliness: super clean roam and terrace and the maids did an awesome job with the room cleaning
Food: the breakfast was a lavish one with a buffet having so many options. It was the best part of the stay and we enjoyed waking up to a yummy breakfast each day.
The pool was so nice and big.
They give you welcome chocolates.
They provide you with many mini bar items in room including crisps, chocolates, water bottles and soda tins. Mini bar is for free.
The location of the hotel is ideal as many restaurants are nearby. You can also rent a bike right in front of the hotel. The spa at the hotel is exceptionally good, me and my wife had a 2 hour massage and we really enjoyed it. ☺ ☺
Overall it is a 10/10 place to stay in Phuket.
