A contemporary property

We were downgraded from the suite to one level down because of a medical emergency the checked in guest faced. The manager offered us a spa treatment and dinner as compensation for the same. The way in which the manager handled it was commendable and our overall experience was top notch. The breakfast menu was elaborate and the staff attentive. Overall, we were very satisfied with the services and would recommend this hotel for anyone who would like to stay close to Patong.
