Pro - location wise are good. Nearby to food area and amenities. Its a halal hotel and that is why i choose this hotel
Cons - check in process a bit slow. And i’m not satisfied when the staff asking for refundable deposit 1800 baht by cash. They should have to ask deposit because as a tourist, we already allocated our cash with something else. Make up room - there is one particular day that they only supplies 1 bath towel to our room but we travelled as couple. I have to ask extra towel for that. It seems that they dont understand our basic needs in the hotel.

Hotel is in the quieter part of Patong. Friendly and helpful staff. The room is big and user friendly. Free underground parking for those who drives.
