The hotel was fairly new and was extremely comfortable to stay in. MOST of the staff were also really helpful and friendly through our stay. On the first day, we were met with some unexpected situations which required assistance from the staff and Agoda. The staff were really unhelpful upon our dismay and we went to our room to contact the Agoda customer service. After a few calls here and there, we went back to the counter and it was already evening (Change of staff) The lady was extremely helpful and patient and showcased amazing customer service. She was so nice throughout. Deluxe rooms do not come with a bath tub hence we upgraded to a junior suite once the room was made available (Stayed 5 nights total). It was amazing ! Huge room with view of swimming pool. Another thing to note, we had requested for cutlery and bowls to be sent to our room and was informed that we were to be charged THB100 if we requested for more things which I found EXTREMELY peculiar. Other than that, great !
