The employee simply lied to me


They simply ignore my request to upgrade the room [despite free upgrade being stated on agoda website on my booking] when I insisted, they just said the room was full [which is an outright lie because I can still book those rooms from the platform and it was a covid time, our group was the only guests at the hotel]
The battery of the TV remote was out so the remote wasnt usable, there were no staffs at the hotel during the night time to support us so be aware. No food because the cafeteria was closed.
Simply dissapointed experience.

Perfect for the price
Went during a COVID scare/quiet time and still they managed to run the hotel wonderfully / at a high standard of hospitality given the circumstances. No complaints!

Warm and Cozy hotel
The services is top-notch!!! I stayed here for 3 nights and changed the room type each night. Every room were clean and cozy, to stay here made me feel at home. The staffs are so nice and friendly.
