Great pool, nice rooms, but VERY hard beds

I mostly have great things to say about Sudala. Great pool, warm atmosphere from staff and guests, nice breakfast...
1 big caveat though! Hardest bed I slept in since I was a backbacker decades ago staying in places costing a tenth of this one.
Seriously. If you are ok with hard beds. Highly recommended! If you like a comfy bed, stay elsewhere. We brought this up to the staff and it was not the first time they had the complaint and withing 5 seconds they promised to fix it. The "fix" was adding a comforter under the sheet that made exactly no difference.
