Not Happy with the staffs

Staff at reception gave wrong information about closing one big beautiful swimming pool ( the one that advertsed in Agoda) due to Low season period. She stated to me to use only the pool at our hotel room side ( our building zone // old pool ). But after I talked with another staff and I walked around I found out that wasn't true. Both swimming pools were fully operated. Why differentiate !!!
Another staff at breakfast line buffet was not welcome and polite to the request of customer. This trip I stayed in 4 hotels, the rest were excellent and I can do compare. Never recommend my friend to stay here.

Lovely clean hotel, great service

Nice resort with good service
