Quite good but still have room for improvement

hotel is quite good overall in terms of the loation, environment, facilities, etc. but the service level can further be improvement by increasing more man-power at front desk to pick up the phone calls (several times that we called from room, no one answer) and provide buggy service upon guest requests (no buggy service is available sometimes, so we have to walk!)

Lowely hotel and excellent service with a smile
