A great hotel blending nature with modernity

This is our first time to Koh Samui and the stay at this hotel definitely made our trip more enjoyable. It has good location, within 5-minute drive from the airport and to the famous Chaweng Beach. We dined at the Sky Hug restaurant which was a nice and memorable experience. The spa is a must-try item, the skills and services of the therapists were so good that we felt like King and Queen. Staff of the hotel were generally nice, friendly and attentive, with good command of English. We asked for a birthday cake beforehand as this is a birthday trip for me, and it turned out that they gave us two cakes! However, the towels in our room were not too clean so we changed them often. Also, as a 5-star resort, the quality and service of the breakfast could be improved - the variety of food is limited; the made-to-order counter didn't seem to be ready even by 7.30 am (breakfast starts at 6.30 am!); the fruits were not covered and flies were hovering above them.

Nice but not worth 5 stars
The hotel in overall is expensive for what it has to offer. Consider this hotel as a 4-star-hotel and not 5. Also the drinks are outrageous. The beach is not the nicest one either. The staff is nice a... อ่านต่อ
