A nice quiet place
The check-in process took longer than expected. It took us more than 30 minutes to check-in to our rooms. However, the staff provided us with some welcome drinks and cool towels to accommodate us. The check-in process somehow seems inefficient. They have 2 different people working on the check-in process. First to receive your information/passports, and then another person to talk to you and fill up information forms. The rooms we reserved were the Deluxe Private Plunge Pool. It is basically a small pool in front of your room, nothing to special about this. There was also a sitting area between the front entrance and your room door. The room had an outdoor bathroom. We found the doors of the rooms not user-friendly, with the sliding wooden panels. It was quite a hassle to use.
The breakfast spread was good. The place had a good view and very relaxing. The only thing was I wished they had more fans to keep us cool. I find it too hot.
Overall, it is a nice and quiet place to relax. But if you want a more "happening" place, this is not the place to be. It was quiet a distance away from restaurants and shops.
