Well decorated, best location, be careful with extras

We stayed one night here. We made a bad start. We booked a family room from agoda with one double bed and a sofa bed. Our 5 years old sleeps with us. We arrived, checked in, put our belongings in the room and the lady prepared a floor bed. We were about to leave the room for the dinner.. the owner asked for 600 baht for the extra berth. We were frustrated because we already stated in our booking that we were 4. It was a big misunderstanding I suppose. We just settled down by talking to the girl on the phone and we paid somewhat less. Beside that the room was great, house is authentic, have a parking space, breakfast is so so. Highly recommend.
