Clean and friendly but overpriced
This is a house which has been adapted to accommodate paying guests. The rooms are quite small but clean and comfortable. The decor in the rooms is rather strange. Some walls are exposed concrete which has been varnished. The furniture is fairly minimal. There is a chair but no desk. There is one bedside table and a small table with a lamp. Besides the double bed and a coat stand, there is no other furniture.
Every thing worked to my satisfaction, but there were no English language channels on the flatscreen TV.
Toast and jam, some fruit and a hot drink are available free of charge at breakfast time.
The guesthouse is located in a quiet lane in central Lampang. There are a small number of Asian food restaurants in the area, but only a few have English speaking staff.
The staff at the guesthouse were very welcoming and friendly, but the building itself lacks warmth, although it is very clean and tidy.
A number of bicycles are available for the use of guests free of charge.
Comparing this guesthouse with other places I have stayed in Thailand, I believe it is over-priced.
