The superior room was very tiny, almost no space and the sink in the bathroom was just a bit higher than my knees, below my hips. The wifi in the rooms was not sufficient for usage with the phone. The AC in the rooms is incredibly loud. We stayed with our family and had two rooms and one villa. Every room had the same loud AC. The breakfast was a basic buffet. If you are vegetarian you will get bored after the second breakfast. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The first villa my parents moved into had a wall covered in fungus. They have us a new villa within an hour. Another thing to complain about was the hotel photographer, we and other guests were relaxing at the very nice beach. This guy was taking pictures all the time without asking. In addition to that he was flying his drone literally 5m away from our faces, videoing until we had to complain multiple times with the management. The owner of the hotel was having food with him and there was no apology.
