This place is a plain rip-off.
My room lacked amenities included in the listing and they refused to compensate me or take any action on the spot.
The toilet seat was broken. I informed them about it. No change.
The bedsheet and blanket had holes here and there and were heavily stained. Although they later cleaned the room upon request, the bedsheet and blanket remained unchanged
The receptionist was incredibly unhelpful (let alone unfriendly). They can barely speak English and are totally NOT service-minded.
Overall it's amazingly overpriced for the facilities and service.
People may end up in this place because it's one of the few accommodations in the city with listings on the Internet BUT thee actually are plenty of better options (price-wise AND value-wise) out there. Which I didn't know until I was in town.
It would have been an okay place for 300 baht/night but 700 baht/night? It's a pure joke.
A perfect place to spoil your time and get pissed.
