I reserved this hotel from agoda at pricing shown in the agoda’s website with the condition pay at the hotel. When I arrived, they said I have to pay more for the standard price. They insist not to charge at agoda price but charge with their standard price and i have to pay for checking-in. When i asked agoda, the agoda staff said it should be at agoda price. They will contact the hotel and call me back. In my opinion, “you” are in the hotel business and would like to do business with agoda, you should follow on their rules otherwise you will lose credibility and never got it again from customers. Finally, i got the changes but they said its refund had service charge fee for paying by card. I have never met hotel service like this before
