Valuable for money

The location is good. Slight walking distance to sunday night market (estimated around 1km) and the phae gate (estimated around 2km). Along the walk, you can find cafes, temples, massage places and etc. The breakfast is good. Near to 7-11. The room is clean and big. Quite comfortable and happy to stay there. Definitely will choose this hotel again if back to chiang mai.
