These Guy's Aren't Ready

Very disappointing. Construction going on everywhere. The rooms not worth anywhere near the price they are asking for. The staff, although very nice, are all a bit like dear with headlights on them. Two pools were open when we arrived for a one week stay. Stayed only one night and my wife and I demanded a refund for our remainder. The breakfast was so HO-HUM, for the price you're paying. I told management that you should really be careful when opening a project such as this, and not to open to early, and accept customer's reservations. Be ready and organized for god's sake. A few billion baht has been sunk into this, but we're dealing with such a cutthroat business, that its not hard to lose your early customer base very very quickly. For the price, which I had never paid in all my years in different parts of Phuket, is beyond laughable. But let me say Kob Koon Krup to one of the assistant managers Suda, who was very understanding with our request for a refund after one night.

Hotel is a construction site
So this hotel is not finished with cranes and construction workers Evers here. Clearly it is not ready for opening yet they have.
