We stayed in the Club Sea-facing Suite room. The bedroom smelt too musty, we couldn’t sleep. We’d booked for 2 nights but we had to check out 1 night early as couldn’t pretend staying anymore. Air-con in the living room was also not functioned. We found hairs on the bed, cobweb on the air-con channel, very dirty and disgusting. Old elevator and smelly. Check-in process was very slowed even no queuing. Staff is not well trained, during our breakfast time we asked for Americano coffee but we’d got instant black coffee instead. Stay here no more. After checked out, the hotel automated email, i guess, sent an email to me and asked for feedback via the hotel link, but after i clicked the link, the link shown the session is expired. OMG.
