Okay...disappointed

Just finished a 3 night stay in the 2 bedroom villa at Peach Blossom Resort at Karon Beach. Villa was clean and well equipped. The most disappointing part of our stay, was the lack of hot water for almost 2 days in our villa. There was "warm" water in the bottom bathroom but we had no hot water in the upstairs shower/sinks. We spoke to the front desk several times about this, & they just kept telling us it was fixed. After several requests, they finally told us it was solar powered and we needed to run the water for 10 min. We did that, it still didn't work. The "warm" water came out in a slow trickle. We asked for some kind of monetary reimbursement and we were told no. We finally came to an agreement, the manager offered to pay for our taxi to the airport, about $30 usd. Disappointed with this since we paid over $350usd a night.

Stay away if u can

Good hotel for being Phuket
