Nice but not exceptional

When we arrived at the hotel after traveling 16 hours we had to wait more than 3 hours to get our room (like all the people who arrived that same day) after having been told that it would take only 15 minutes to make it ready ( I guess the minutes in Thailand are not the same as in Europe...).
Except from this, the rest of the holidays went well, the hotel is not far from the beautiful beaches and the swimming pool is very nice when you have a chance to get a chair to lie down.
I would recommend this hotel if like us you are late to book and there is not much choice left but for the price you can easily find something better.

Friendly & responsive staff, good room
