Satisfactory stay!

Spacious and clean family room of 4. Friendly staffs helped us book taxi to airport during check out. No free tuk tuk service to the closest BRT, about 10 mins walk to Phloen Chit station. Overall the stay was good.

loud construction work done on room next door. No hot water in shower for 2 days. Staff did not speak any English.

Not exactly a residence, more like an hotel
The Superior rooms are not really residence like: not particularly large, no kitchenette, only a sofa. Value for money is not bad, but I'm not particularly impressed.
