Internet was fantastic

The lady who greeted us was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely nice and pleasant. She asked for ID and gave us our room key. However, when we can back in the evening, another older lady came to us running asking for our passports. She was such a miserable lady and had no manners. I almost felt like asking for my money back and leaving this property. She was VERY rude. Not a nice way to treat the clientele. When we left, thankfully it was the other lady who gave me back my ID. The other lady should learn how to be nicer to the clientele. She’s rude and impolite. She talks condescending.
