Normal hotel with enough facilities

Location ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The location of this hotel is near Sukhothai Historical Park in that you can drive there within 5 minutes.
Parking lot ⭐⭐⭐⭐ You can park your car inside the hotel.
Price ⭐⭐⭐ You have to pay the security deposit for your key. It is 300 THB as of September 15, 2019. You will get this money back when you return a key.
The room with a king-size bed is spacious. There are normal utilities as you expect, such as TV, large couch and wardrobe. It is better just for sleeping not for staying for long.
It should be noted that two bottles of water are free of charge, but it should be stated clearly in the leaflet.

Clean and quiet

Toilet
The shower stall is not convenient. It should have mirrors all three sides. The side door of toilet is not necessary. It is easy for strangers to enter to the room.

maximum I would give it 2 stars hotel.
the car park is bad and the hotel facilities are not ready, some still under construction..
