Great hotel, quiet location
I truly enjoyed my weeklong stay, the service was impeccable, the offered courses fun, breakfast is fantastic and the beach almost deserted. The staff really makes an effort to attend customers perfectly and the dining outlets were well worth the money.
The large grounds and recreation facilites are abundant in choice and in a good state (only the north / relaxation pool which supposedly was "off" for jumping, screaming, inflatables and alike proofed to be a kids playground nevertheless). Thus, if any cons on this trip, a stricter enforcement of the different usage modalities of the various pools would be welcome as well as no-smoking areas around the pool.
The spa experience however was so-so, the booked treatment first got lost in the booking system of the spa, was then pushed to another day, started late because the therapist was unavailable and ended early with the treatment room being cold and the shower only having cold water. Also, the gift promised to come with the treatment package offered was only offered after asking for it two times.
