Overpriced on all food and beverage facilities, rooms already very expensive being JW name etc’, the F&B is just outrageously expensive and not justified. The resort is isolated with limited options around with just Tuttle village available, how often can u eat the same thing?!. The hotel has little to offer and it’s just too far to go anywhere else. Transportation very expensive and also not justified, this is Thailand, if taxi is costing like London what’s the point to come to this location? Rates outside the hotel and nearby beaches are much more reasonable and affordable, hotels are newer too. Need to stay current if wish to compete and attract returning visitors.
We had bad experience with waiting for our rooms (02) till 5pm when we arrived at 11am and check In Time is latest 3pm, and all we got was ‘sorry’ we are doing our best. The room received was smelly, moist and mold smell from bedsheets made us cough for 3 days, all we were offered was again an Aroma burner...
