The highlight was that the bed was a 6-out-of-10 with regard to comfort. The room wasn't clean, especially the bathroom (droppings everywhere and the toilet needed flushing). There were many bugs in the room, the floor needs fixing and the soap dispenser bottles are almost impossible to use when your hands are wet. There is a cafe, but no actual food available unless you're on a cake diet. Lastly, the young lady who checked me in looked like she had never been in a hotel before and had no understanding of things like bookings and that all customers generally do not share one room between them.
