Good hotel but requests ignored

Room and comfort good, and food quality in restaurant also good. However requested quiet room and paid more for premium suite, but located on low floor opposite construction site, and disturbed every night by 4am refuse collection. Told staff but no rectification offered.

Good choice and good value
The hotel offer good value with the size of the room and location. Walking distance to supermarket, cafe, restaurant and BTS. Very convenience location. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Excellent apartment
Very surprising and very good room, with a full facility kitchen and small lounge. 5 minute walk from Thong Lor MRT on Sukhamvit. Easy access to most of Bangkok. Will use again.

Decent location and large room with kitchen and washing machine.
The street can be noisy, best to bring ear plugs or ask for room away from street.
