No elevator, too many steps!! I would not recommend it for those that have mobility difficulties, lots of luggage, or heavy luggage. Staff will help you but they do not have staff 24/7. Place was beautiful. No pool bar. Cash only for room service and bar. We had to check out very early the next morning and the front desk offered us a to go breakfast bag, which was very kind and much appreciated.
