Fantastic and beautiful place to stay. Even as a solo traveler, I splurged on this place (a deluxe room) because it was my birthday. But compared to the other resorts in this area, this by far the best value. It was a short walk to West Railay Beach, the bars, and the food. I was hardly in my room as I was out on excursions or activities the whole time. The shower is amazing! If you are looking for a resort type place where you never leave the property, this isn’t the place. East Railay Beach is pretty, but not the stroll along the beach and sunbath pretty. I read a complaint about the pool, but who is going to be in the pool with such a beautiful beach nearby? The staff was impeccable and always greeted you with a smile. They had live music every night for entertainment but you could hear the music from the nearby ‘clubs’ going deep into the night. Not bothersome at all though. The resort was filled mostly with couples and families. I’m pretty sure I was the only solo traveler there
Overall, I would highly recommend this place to everyone. I’ll be back.
