Very new, thoughtful themes, but Thai mattress

Excellent hotel ...But....the most important aspect of a hotel is to sleep. Everything in the hotel is excellent except the beds which are like sleeping on rock. This will spoil the hotel for westerners who do not usually sleep on a floor or equivalent hardness. Shame, because otherwise the hotel would be excellent and worth 9-10/10

15 minutes from main road, aircon not working
Location 15 minutes walk opposite BigC. Room Clean and fairly spacious. Room aircon not working well. Bathroom floor slippery. Staff Helpful to arrange but must speak in simple English to them.

Good location but poor facility
The water from shower was very light and I asked the front desk to help but she said it was normal.
