Poor customer service


We were given a room that was very cramped and had a terrible mould mildew smell. The lady at the front desk who I believe was the manager was extremely rude and insisted on us paying extra money to move to a room that didn’t smell. Breakfast was cooked to order but was very basic. The hotel was practically empty bar a couple of guests.

Really clean / good value for money
