Good first impression - welcoming and helpful staff. We wanted to like this hotel but the room was not worth our money. Bathroom construction was questionable... paint job looked unfinished, hole in the ceiling in the bathroom, shower had low water pressure and water turned hot/cold every few minutes, some stains on the walls by the sink, cobwebs, small ants on the table and sink...
Staff were very kind at reception. We paid to have some laundry done and were happy with that service. Location was good, 711 close by, restaurant options near. The room was quiet and we enjoyed the balcony view. Overall felt like the cleanliness was questionable and felt we could've found somewhere with better value for the same amount of money.

Bedsheet gives me rashes
Good location and decor. The hotel is a bit old, roaches showed up in my bathroom everyday. Horrible hygiene, the sheet must be dirty cause I get rashes the minute I laid down and the itch kept me awa... อ่านต่อ

Sweet room
A sweet room with 3 beds just what we want, the staff is really friendly and nice , breakfast here is really good, too. Really recommend here for staying and traveling.
