Great Staff with rundown property. Living in Khao-Soi bowl.
This hotel is right next to SakYantChiangMai tattoo establishment. The very reason we chose this hotel. The front-desk staff is super -friendly and helpful. They checked-us in at 8 AM even though usual check-in time is 2:00 PM. The rooms are bigger and quite decent with some exception that ours was on the back of the property. We got roof view of other homes attached to the hotel.
Bathroom is clean, room was somewhat clean. Some places bit moldy on very small patch. The hotel smells like Khao-Soi all the time. They have a Thai restaurant which has one of best Khao-Soi I've tasted but the whole hotel, corridor, lobby, sometimes room smells like it 24 hours. THey need to separate the air circulation systems from restaurant.
The breakfast is scanty maybe sufficient for kids rather than adults. They can improve the breakfast.
Nearby property it has 1 bar and other than that not much happening around. Very close to all the temples on Arak Road.
All in all, okay place but can be better.
