Very convenient, but run down

Pros: Staff is very helpful and kind; location is excellent; there are many restaurant options around as well as a great massage place called Sense, which I recommend. Cons: The place is quite run down and it is true that they are renovating, but the rooms need painting. Breakfast isn't great, but you may ask them to prepare food you like when they hand out the breakfast form.

The room was clean, spacious and conducive. The staffs there were very spontaneous and helpful.
