Good place, but bad staff decision

We booked Executive 1 Bedroom but the staff said it all booked. But it showed 4 available when we upgraded in Agoda. Then the staff said they changed our room to 2 Bedroom Deluxe which they have to lock 1 room. I asked them why you changed from Executive to Deluxe, but they said the price for 2 Bedroom is higher than 1 Bedroom Executive but they have to lock 1 room. We feel not happy with this place and the reaction of the staff.

Excellent hotel
Loved my stay here I had a big room, kitchen so you can cook etc. Very nicely thought out good design and first class. I would definitely stay again
