Small boutique hotel with great customer service

I stayed at SYN hotel for my birthday trip. Overall was a great experience. The pool is beautiful and the room is cozy. The staff greeted us when we arrived and provided many travel tips for our stay. They even offer the late check out for our last day so I get to enjoy the pool before heading to the airport.
The location of the hotel is not right in the center of busy area so it is pretty quiet at night time. Some taxi drivers somehow found it difficult to find since the hotel is fairly new but we managed to getting in/out with no problem.
A quiet neighborhood with small cafe and local food around. I will definitely be back again for my next trip to Chiang Mai.

Clean and cosy
The room is clean and cosy. Hotel is about 1.4 km. from Nimmanhaemin road and shopping mall. I really had a good stay and I was surprised with happy birthday cake.

Everything great accept breakfast is a limit choice.
Staff is friendly and helpful, facilities is good. But the breakfast is poor that i have never found in this price rate

A chic looking hotel!
Pros- Excellent service and friendly staff. Nice hotel in general. Love the bed and pillows. Very comfortable. Cons- The gym is a little small, breakfast choices are limited.

Great service!
The hotel is very clean and all the facility is great. The staffs are so nice and very helpful. Recommended for famiky, friends, and couple!
