A pleasant trip to end the year
We had a chance to booked SYN Boutique Hotel through "TTogether" campaign at an attractive value.
Most facilities are quite new as the hotel was opened in 2019. The staffs are very friendly, especially Mr. Ton who take care and look after us during the stays.
Eventhough the rooms were not available during the time we arrived, we received a call from Mr. Ton as soon as the room is ready to be checked-in.
Furthermore, Mr. Ton personally introduced the room to us to be familiar with all the facilities in the room.
The check-in experience (as well as the check- out) was very pleasant for all of us.
Facilities:
Most facilities are of a very good standard, especially the room and bathroom.
Although the fitness facilities are not fully equipped, it is sufficient and well maintained.
Dining:
We had a chance to have dinner on Christmas night as well as a buffet breakfast.
The quality is good; I would humbly give it 7/10 for its value.
Overall, I highly recommend for people who is looking for a luxurious and modern place and experience to stay in Chiangmai.
