Service very disappointing to say the least

Asked for early breakfast box the night before because i needed to wake up early next day. I asked them to bring to room no later than 9pm because needed to go to bed early, which gave them 1.5 hrs to prepare and they confirmed it should be ok. I had to call reception 3 x to follow up. Eventually came late with wrong order!!! Had to go out of hotel at 7/11 to buy my own. Very disappointing. One of my worst experience.

Very nice hotel and staffs are very helpful
